Kaia FIT's mission is to create strong bodies and powerful minds. We are a women's fitness program that specializes in delivering personalized training in a group atmosphere. By working together as a team, Kaia girls accomplish their fitness goals and realize their full potential, both physically and mentally. We recognize and respect the importance of simple exercises and movement, and teach healthy eating habits that last a lifetime.

I started with Kaia Newport in January 2012, and it was the hardest workout that I ever had, but also one that I was looking for, for a long time. It is a whole body workout, and the exercises are challenging. They strengthen the muscles of the whole body (even on parts one would never assume having any muscles at all). What I like in particular is the setting of the exercises; each day of workout is different. This makes going to class more fun and one never knows what to expect; it is always a nice surprise. Even after one year, I still like it- no I love it; and I can tell, because I barely missed a class. Even with injuries or weaknesses, the coaches will modify any exercise for you. I started with coaches Emma and Amanda. In their welcoming, friendly, and positive way, they made it easy for me to stick to it, and I always liked to come back again. I love you! By now, there are many other great Kaia coaches and super nice active Kaia girls.
